Item was packed well and arrived undamaged. I was disappointed in the customer service. I emailed the seller on 2/10, the day before it was estimated to have been delivered, because it had not been shipped yet. She responded one line “it will ship tomorrow”, no explanation for the delay or apology. I totally understand everyone has a life outside of Etsy and this order was not life or death…but I felt disregarded by her and as though my $100 order was not important. Also it did not ship on 2/11…it shipped on 2/13.

I did not receive the Niebo. i actually received another DumDum that I purchased earlier. I dont mind having two DumDum-gooies but I would have like to have the Niebo
