How do I send a photograph to you?

1. After ordering, send a separate Etsy message and attach your photo using the "attach image" button located at the bottom right hand corner of the message box or camera icon on smartphones. 2. You can also email your photo to me quoting your order number in the subject line: magnoliatreeandco@live.com

Everything in the shop is water resistant but not waterproof. I highly recommend removing all items before any contact with water. As with most metals, humidity and exposure to sunlight can affect the finish and items can darken, or tarnish. We recommend storing in a cool dry place wrapped in tissue or a cotton bag. With glass items some sparkles (under the glass) may appear over time. This is natural and can be expected. We recommend occasionally polishing your items with a jewelry grade polishing cloth.

Our vintage hand crafted wedding bouquet memorial photo charm is a thoughtful way to honor loved ones on one of life’s most meaningful days.

Pendants come personalized with your choice of personal photos or a combo of photos and and text of your choice.

Charm comes with ribbon allowing it to easily tie around your bouquet, or choose a 2" pin to secure to bouquet or boutonniere.

♥ Each pendant measures 3.5"x1.57" (4cm x 2.8cm)
♥ Opening of 1"x0.7" (1.8cm x 2.5cm)
♥ Choose 1 to 5 pendants (1 for each photo and text)
♥ Includes 12" length ribbon or 2" pin
♥ If purchasing a pendant for text please include your wording in the personalization section.

NOTE: We will crop the image to focus on the person or people in the photo. If your photo includes more than one face, please make sure they are close together so they remain clear when resized. If you have specific cropping preferences, please include them in the “notes to seller” at checkout.

Images are covered with a clear jewelry grade resin to protect from scratching. We do not use glass which is heavy and can easily scratch. We use the highest quality archival inks in the printing process so your image colors are vibrant. The bezels are protected with a water resistant sealant but are not waterproof.
