Custom and personalised orders

On our custom prints we give the option to choose style of font and background when applicable. Please provide us with your chosen styles immediately upon purchase so we may process your order quickly and efficiently to prevent any delays. If the options are not chosen within 2 business days of purchase, the order will be processed with a default to the font displayed image on the main listing.

Custom and personalised orders

We always send proof to our customers before we proceed to printing and/or foiling. If you require any changes after reviewing your file we are more than happy to make them until you are fully satisfied with the final result. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours of sending the digital proof, we will proceed to printing and/or foiling it. This way we aim to prevent any order delays.

Item takes long to arrive

Delivery is not in our control and can occasionally take longer than the estimated times (see Delivery policy ). An item can't be classed as lost until 13 working days after dispatch for UK, 25 working days for Europe and 32 working days for everywhere else.

When placing an order please bear in mind that while the postal services (domestic and international) are working as hard as they can to deliver post as fast as possible the increasing demand and staff shortages due to illness or self-isolation are understandably causing delays. This is something that we and the postal services cannot control. With this we cannot guarantee a delivery date and would advise placing orders well in advance to avoid any disappointment.
