What Is CORJL? How does this work?

All listings in my shop are digital items unless otherwise noted. The digital files are self editable and allow you to make your own wording customizations without waiting on file proofs. Corjl is an online editing tool that allows you to personalize your template directly in your web browser after purchasing. Please be sure to read the full item description carefully so that you fully understand how it works and what you are buying. If you have any questions I am always happy to answer.

What all can I edit in my template?

Typically all of the wording on most designs is completely editable unless otherwise stated. Please read the individual listings item description to see what's editable and what is not. Most listings include a "Try Before You Buy" demo link for you to test how the design will look before purchasing. Please note that the demo link does not save any edits you have made. It is for sample purposes only. You can edit the wording, font styles, font colors, text placement and move and resize text boxes. You can also upload your own photos and/or logos etc. -All of the text is editable in multiple languages. -You CANNOT change the size or orientation of the file. -You CANNOT change the graphics, placement, or colors of the artwork.

When I download my file I only see instructions, WHY?

Please note that Corjl is a third party tool separate from Etsy which means the editable file is not included in your Etsy download. The only thing uploaded to Etsy is a JPG file of instructions that explain exactly how to access your template. Please read the instructions as they give a very clear and detailed explanation on how to access your purchase. You will receive a separate email directly from Corjl. That is where your template can be found.

I haven't received an email from Corjl, what do I do?

It typically only takes a few minutes to receive your email after purchase but I do ask that you please allow 5-15 minutes for your email to arrive. The emails are sent automatically and the speed is based on Corjl's server which I do not control. If you have still not received an email after the allotted time please contact me with your order number and an email address that you would like it resent to. Please note, this shop is a 1 person operation. I do try to respond to missing email inquiries as quickly as I can. If you are purchasing a template last minute or are in a rush (i.e. I need this today) I do ask that you take that into consideration when purchasing, in case there's an issue & you need immediate assistance.

Can I edit on my phone or device?

While Corjl is accessible on mobile devices, I do not recommend making edits from a phone or mobile device. Corjl's interface works best and all functions are available via editing directly from a computer web browser. If you don't have access to a computer and would like me to edit it for you I do offer editing services at an additional fee.

Can I request edits on an existing design? Do you offer Custom Designs?

Yes! Love an existing design but want to make a few changes? I offer an add-on editing service where I can make small revisions for you such as custom color changes, resizing, adding or removing graphics etc. The turnaround on edits is typically 1-2 business days. Please contact me before purchasing an editing service to be sure I can accommodate your requests. Custom Designs: I do take custom design requests based on my current workload and the timeframe in which you need them. I do ask that you have a theme or specific design scheme in mind before contacting me. Please message me for more details and I can give you an exact quote.

How long is my template available to use?

All templates are accessible to you for 90 days. The templates do have a download limit of up to 10 times. You can edit your files and save your edits in Corjl as much as you'd like. But please note it is not necessary and not recommended to download your files after every edit you make. Corjl will save your changes and you can come back to them if you simply select the save option within the program. Once your template expires or you run out of downloads you will need to repurchase a new template to access it. Some templates such as weddings and designs that require multiple downloads (i.e. Table Numbers) do come with an extended expiration date and limit.

Do you offer printing? Where can I print myself?

I do offer printing services. To ensure the best quality you can print directly through my shop. You can contact me for a direct quote. You can also order print samples. If you'd like to print locally or via a third party printer. Places like Staples, Office Depot, Walmart and FedEx are good places to start. I recommend printing on bright white 80-100lb cardstock. Please note: When printing yourself or via a third party service I cannot offer ANY printing support as all printers and settings are different. I highly suggest requesting a test print before printing in bulk. Because screens vary in colors what you see online may not always be exact to what's printed. I am not responsible for the quality of printing not done by me.

After purchasing this listing, you'll automatically receive an email from Corjl with your access link so you can edit your invitation template. This email will only be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account. Be sure to check your junk or spam folders if it has not come to your inbox. Once you receive your access link follow the instructions below.

♥ Open your access link on your computer or devices web browser. Your template will open in the Corjl editor.
♥ Click on the editable text fields and replace the sample text with your personalized information. You can use the preloaded fonts that come with the design or choose your own fonts from the font selection menu.
♥ Save and download your file in the format of your choice (PDF, JPEG)
♥ Print at home or send the file to your favorite print shop!
