Do you do custom commissions?

Yes we do! Please message me with a clear picture or pictures of what you want and the dimensions you'd like. From there we can calculate the time to digitize, cast, and create your item!

When will your sold out items be back in stock?

Since our items are made to order, when an item sells, we make it after the purchase. Once the item is done being made and shipped to it's customer, we then re-list for purchase again. Just keep an eye out on the listing, or message me and I'll be happy to contact you when I'm getting ready to re-list the item. :)

Why can't I buy multiples of one item?

Since our items are made to order, I only list one at a time. This is because Etsy does not increase my time to make items as multiples are purchased. On top of this with resin items, a lot of times we only have one mold and we have to account for curing time of the resin. If you are interested in multiple items, please message me *before* you purchase your items. We can talk about how many you need and how long I'll need to increase the production time from there. Once we're all clear on how long it will take me, I'll increase the quantity for you to purchase. This way your order is all together and you don't get overcharged on shipping and taxes!

Can you change color and sizes on your items?

Color yes. But you *must* contact us first to discuss it, do not just leave note in the purchase without contacting us first. This is because with resin we have to make sure that's a color we can mix in and get accurately, and then there is also the options of translucent and pearlized and some colors don't do translucent well, and some don't do pearlized well. Changing the size is a whole different matter. Resin is poured into an existing mold and therefore the size is set. But please contact us as perhaps we have another mold that would suit your needs. Or we can do it as a 3d print instead.

Can your items be worn by children?

Absolutely not. My cosplay items are made for adults. I do not recommend my items for anyone younger than 8 years old as a lot of my items include toxic resin and paints that are in no way suitable for young children. Not to mention my items are patterned off of adult sizes. If you are considering an item for a small child, please message me so we can work out safe 3d printed or embroidered alternatives for your kiddos.

Can I get my item shipped to me faster?

My items are made at the time of purchase. Depending on the item, I have a production time I require to make my them. Some have 2 weeks, some 3 weeks. The larger sets can be up to 4-6 weeks. From there, once I am done making it, the item ships. First class mail will take around 5 working days. Priority mail (which can be selected at check out) is *supposed* to take 2-3 days per the post office. But even the post office will tell you that is never a guarantee from them. If you need me to rush my production time, please message me *first* to see if it's even feasible for me to do it. We sell a lot of resin items that can't always be rushed due to curing times. But otherwise I charge $5 per day you cut off my production time.

Can I paint, refinish or alter your items?

My items are sold finished and completed. This means none of my items listed in my shop I recommend for sanding, painting, and re-finishing. Not only will they have items glued and attached to them (pin backings, earring backings etc), some have resin and acrylic gems in them, and some are already attached and hooked together with ribbon ends and jump rings. None of which are suitable for any sort of paint. I also print a lot my items in very special and expensive colored silk filaments that are not suitable for sanding and painting. Please message me if you are interested in purchasing a garage kit from me. I've done that many times, and I'm happy to use paint friendly base filament and include instructions on how to assemble.
