If your package hasn't been shipped yet, we can adjust the address in our system and ensure it's sent to the correct location. However, if the package is already on its way, we're unable to redirect it. Once the package returns to us, we can reship it to the correct address. Please note that any reshipment would require you to cover the associated shipping costs.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates. As much as we try, once packages are handed over to the mail carriers, we cannot control when they delivery orders.

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your concierge, mail room, neighbors, your mail person, or your post office. Often times, it has been delivered to a neighbor by mistake of the mail carrier.

To ensure delivery, make sure your shipping address is USPS verified when entering in your information to Etsy. We are not responsible for lost packages that do not have USPS verified addresses.
