Apparel Care Instructions

Keep your shirt looking just as good as the day you got it by following the recommended washer and dryer settings -Wash your shirt inside out in cold water with a mild detergent. -Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Remove shirt promptly from dryer and hang to avoid wrinkles. -DO NOT use bleach, fabric softeners, or dry clean. -DO NOT iron directly on design. If you must iron your shirt, make sure to use low heat and place a dish towel or cloth over the design.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your order is made just for you! For this reason, we CAN NOT offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on ANY CUSTOM designs. If you have any problems with your item(s), please reach out to me within 5 business days regarding your order. In the case an item is incorrect due to my error, arrives damaged, or is defective please contact me with a photo of the issue for a replacement. We will not make any changes to size or color of your replacement! We can EXCHANGE any non-custom designs. You are required to ship the item back in its original condition. Items that are not in this condition - we reserve the right to refuse that exchange. For us to send your replacement you will need to pay the new shipping charges.

How do your shirts fit?

We use Bella Canvas Unisex shirts. This means they can be worn by both females and males. Unisex shirts are a straight cut, so they are more likely to conform to a woman’s hips and show off her shape. Since every person is different, it is a hard question for me to answer for your sizing. For best fit, please compare the measurements of your favorite t-shirt width armpit to armpit and length top of hem to bottom hem. XS - 16.5"W/27"L Small - 18"W/28"L Medium - 20"W/29"L Large - 22"W/30"L XL - 24"W/31"L 2XL - 26"W/32"L

Each item is made custom just for you when you order, so the current production time is 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS. This is subject to change based on current order volume. With holiday seasons production times may increase. Requests for a quicker arrival date added in checkout notes will be ignored! Orders will be processed according to what production times/shipping options you chose at checkout. If you need your item sooner then the standard production time we do offer a RUSH ORDER upgrade! Shipping times are an ESTIMATE only and may increase during holiday seasons or from unexpected delays. We ship all orders via United States Postal Service. First class mail takes an an additional 3-5 business days. Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days(Domestic only). Be sure the address you submit under your order is verified, an incorrect address will result in the item(s) being returned. If this happens additional shipping charges to resend the item(s) will be the customers responsibility! We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by USPS. PLEASE NOTE - International shipping can be affected greatly by customs in your country. We have no control over this! It could add up to two weeks to clear customs.

My package is going to an old address, what can I do?

Unfortunately, once an item is shipped the postage has been purchased and is on its way to the post office. The best thing you can do is contact your post office or go to their website with your tracking number to see if you can intercept your package.

My order shows delivered but I haven't received it

If your order shows as delivered or suspect it's lost, you may be covered by Etsy Purchase Protection plan. Do you check spelling on order requests?

NO. We do a copy/paste of the message you provide us so that we don't make changes to your request. It is absolutely imperative that you ensure the spelling is correct on your request before submitting. You do have one more opportunity to make sure your message will be correct when we send over a mock up to you. If you approve the mock up with the spelling provided in your message, then that is what we are going to use. If after the fact you find the spelling is incorrect, but we used a copy/paste and you approved the mock up, you would need to purchase a new item to get the spelling to be corrected.

We use Bella Canvas Unisex Tees they are Heather Colors 52% cotton-48% polyester Heather Prism colors 99% cotton-1% polyester Solid Colors 100% cotton If Bella Canvas brand is not available, an equivalent brand will be used.
