1 | Please contact us before placing your order with your chosen stationery pieces, no. of sets required, location and desired delivery date. Once this information is received and you're ready to proceed, we'll set up a 50% deposit listing for you to purchase.


2 | Once the deposit has been paid, we will contact you within 24 hours and ask for the text for each stationery piece.


3 | Once we've received the text for each stationery piece, we will start work on a proof and send this to you in low-res PDF format for your review.


4 | We offer an unlimited amount of revisions within reason but we ask that you check each proof throughly to avoid time delays.


5 | Once we have each stationery piece approved, we will start work on your order. We will provide a dispatch date at this stage also. Printing takes around 4-5 working days and collation (belly band orders only) will take a further 2-3 working days.

Regrettably, we can only accept orders with a minimum order quantity of 30 sets.

We know how important your wedding invitations are to you so we do require a little time to create your dream wedding stationery. Please ensure you order in plenty of time to ensure the process isn't rushed.

We recommend starting your order process 2-3 months prior to your sending date.

We also appreciate the planning stages can be hectic so if you have left it a little late, don't worry, simply drop us a email and we'll see what we can do. We do accept rush orders and we will do our best with your co-operation to get you invites to you asap.
