If you are a new customer and do not currently have a Templett account, the first thing you'll want to do is check your email for an email from Templett with an access link.
Did you find the email? If so, click the link to gain access.
Be sure you are checking the email address that is attached to the order. You might want to check that the email address is correct.

𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘁𝘀𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗗?
If you signed up to Etsy with your Apple ID and chose the option to make your email private, the access email will not get to you, unfortunately. Since Etsy does not have your real email address on file, the only email they can send us is the Apple private relay email that Apple has created for you. Unfortunately, if anyone (including us) tries to send an email to that address, it will be blocked. So when we send the access email, it's blocked and never reaches you.
You can still gain access to your account though. Please go into your Etsy account, copy that email address and follow the directions in the article below.

𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀
If you are an existing customer and you just placed an order from a Templett seller, you do not need an access link. You can simply log into your Templett account and you'll see your new templates in the Templates pane.
Please note, it can take up to 10 minutes for the order to be created in Templett and to have the templates added to your account.
If more than 10 minutes have past since you placed the order and you still cannot see your new templates in your account, please contact me.
