How do I download my file(s)?

Instant download files can be accessed after the payment has cleared. To access your files, do the following. TEMPLETT FILES: 1. Check your Etsy registered e-mail for the link from Templett and click on the link to access your files. ADOBE READER AND NON-EDITABLE FILES: 1. Go to You (in the top right corner of Etsy home page) 2. Select Purchases and Reviews from the drop-down menu 3. Locate your order from The Sunshine Garden and click the blue button 'Download Files'

You can: 1. Print from your home 2. E-mail your files to a local copy center such as Staples, Costco, FedEx, Office Depot 3. Upload your files online and print using an online printer such as https://printsoflove.com/the-sunshine-garden/

Do you offer printing and shipping services?

We do not offer printing and shipping services at this time. We sell digital files only. We recommend using a local print shop (Staples, Costco, FedEx Kinkos, Office Depot) for printing.

How do I edit my files?

We offer 2 types of editable files. Some of our templates can be edited using Adobe Reader, and some can be edited using an editing platform called Templett. We are currently moving over to Templett, and all of our new collections are being created compatible with Templett only. All items with price tags ending in .99 can be edited in Templett.

TEMPLETT FILES: You can: • Edit ALL wording • Edit font style, size, and color • Change, delete or add background • Add pages (great for adding backside) • Upload your own images You can not: • Change size and orientation of the template • Edit the colors of the artwork (unless noted otherwise) ADOBE READER FILES: Only the highlighted text fields can be edited - please see each listing's gallery images for info on which parts of the text can be edited. You can edit font style, size, color, and line spacing.
