Q: How long will this take to arrive?

A: It takes us about 1-2 weeks to create a piece in your ring size from scratch. Typically you can expect it to be shipped in roughly 7-10 days, and domestic shipping takes a couple of days. International shipping takes about 5 days*. If you need it ASAP be sure to let us know and we'll try our best to get it out sooner.

*International duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Are the gemstones engagement ring quality?

A: Absolutely, unequivocally yes. When you open the ring box, there is no question. They are quite brilliant.

Q: How do you deal with returns, concerns, etc.?

A: We handle everything with as much care as possible. We will fully refund any piece that isn't to satisfaction. If you changed your mind, or you don't like it as much as you expected, we just ask that you return the piece within about a week.

Q: Do you offer custom services?

A: Yes, we do, but we will only work on a couple at a time. So, make sure to let us know in advance if you plan on starting one in the future.

I really like the ring and highly recommend the seller too. It was worth every penny. The ring: Definitely bigger than I expected. Intricately made with good sturdy materials. The seller (Jino): Very understanding and good at communication. I had to change the address of my delivery from an international to domestic and Jino unhesitantly gave me a refund on the delivery cost. I will definitely purchase something again :)
