Flowers arrived incredibly damaged. i reached out and Ksu replied immediately and assured me they would bounce back into shape. She sent me multiple videos showing how to repair. I did my best, while they dont look perfect, they're usable. I wish they were more carefully shipped than thrown into box without any kind of protection. Despite the shipping issues, Ksu made gorgeous flowers and is very talented.
