When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Do you accept custom orders?

We are currently not accepting custom orders, but you are welcome to email us with suggestions, which we will absolutely take into considerations.

International Shipping - Pricing Information

International shipping can be a little pricey, so we do offer a flat rate of $1.70 for global stamped mail. This price is for standard envelope shipping and does NOT include any tracking information. If you would like your item mailed in a rigid envelope with a tracking number, you are welcome to purchase tracking upgrade. Please be aware that international mail can take over a month to receive. We are not responsible for lost packages, so if you are concerned about tracking your international package, you may want to consider the shipping upgrade. Please keep in mind that fees incurred such as duties and taxes are also out of our control.

Is there tracking for my order?

Yes, tracking is available on BOTH stamped mail and packaged mail. *Please note that the tracking on letter size stamped mail is through Pitney Bowes, a partnership Etsy has for postage. USPS does not offer tracking on stamped mail, so this is a great benefit that Etsy offers customers and us as sellers. We have noticed that stamped mail tracking often shows mail as delivered when they reach the local post office, not delivery address. Delivery to you will generally follow the next day. Packaged mail can be tracked through Etsy or the USPS website and is marked as delivered when they reach the customer doorstep.

What happens if my order is lost?

If you want to ensure that your order arrives, please purchase tracking with your order. If you do not purchase tracking, and your item has not arrived within the USPS standards for lost mail, please message me. While we cannot be held responsible for lost orders, we are also happy to work with a customer to make sure that they receive an item they have paid for.

**The amount of stickers per sheet depends on the number of characters/spaces in your custom word/words. 0-4 characters/spaces = 65 stickers per sheet, 5-9 characters/spaces = 52 stickers per sheet, 10-14 characters/spaces = 39 stickers per sheet. 15-20 characters/spaces = 26 stickers per sheet. Please message if your text is longer than 20 characters/spaces
