The product is nice, and we will keep it and get good use out of it. But I asked for some customizations to be made to it, and the owner of the shop promised that those customizations would be made. When we received the sundry bag, the customizations were not honored and had not been applied. Not a super big deal, but the bag would have been much more attractive and much more appreciated if it had been made the way I was promised. Updated 04.09.21: I lowered my number of stars from 3 to 1, because since writing my first review, the seller offered to refund part of the cost of my purchase in exchange for raising the number of stars from 3 to 5. He then did not make good on that promise either, so therefore I cannot, in good faith, recommend this shop.

Workmanship is great, This was a notebook for 3 hole paper, I wish now I had ordered the 6 hole notebook.
