I have made and sold over 200 of these shopping bags. It's a great project for a beginner or an experienced sewer. These totes are fabulous monogrammed or you can use your Cricut or Silhouette and add some vinyl to your bags! Imagine how special someone will feel getting a customized bag from you! The finished tote is approx 16" x 16" x 4".

Thank you for this project, I’m very happy with how my bags came out! The instructions were clear but there was still stuff I ran into as a beginner such as the 4” bottom seam instructions, or “birthing a bag” would be nice if a video was attached, and also I didn’t notice the interfacing was given much highlight for the inner pieces other than handles. This could all just be me as a beginner that needed more instructions. Otherwise it’s still a good project and I was able to complete it and I’m very happy with my bags. Thank you!
