I currently am not taking orders for custom designed inserts. I do however do small modifications to my current inserts. Please see each listing to see what things you can modify.

Please make sure you read all the details in the products description. The size of my inserts are listed and they fit many different brands of travelers notebook & ring binders Check the actual measurements not just the size name (pocket, standard, etc.) of the inserts before purchasing. I am not responsible if you order the wrong size insert.

I am not responsible if you order the wrong size for the planner you have. A6 ring binders you buy off of Amazon or from any site that resells planners from Japan or China are NOT true A6 size they are personal size!

Measure the distance between the set of 3 rings in a 6 ring binder.
0.75 inches (19mm) = pocket
1.5 inches (38mm)= a6
2 inches (51mm)= personal
2.75 inches (70mm)= a5

Pages = front and back of a sheet of paper (think of the pages in a book)
Sheets = is a single piece of paper
All inserts are listed with the amount of pages it has NOT sheets.

My processing time is currently 5-7 business days except during high volume times like big sales or when I am traveling. I work on orders in the order they are received unless in the case of sticker or die cut orders WITHOUT inserts. Processing time does NOT include shipping time. Your item(s) will ship before or on the 10th business day after your order was placed. Please check your receipt before messaging me asking when your item(s) will ship. The Estimated Delivery Date you see when purchasing an item is Etsys estimated delivery date it is an estimate and is not a guarantee.

I am not responsible for USPS shipping delays. I can only guarantee my processing time!!

I do accept exchanges but NOT returns (unless there is an error on my part). Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to start the exchange process. You are responsible for all shipping costs when doing an exchange. If an insert is modified or personalized it is no longer available for exchanges! Dated inserts are not returnable or exchangeable.

All other things are handled on a case by case basis. You ordering the wrong size for the planner you have is not my fault. I provide measurements please read them before ordering.

Any refunds if I choose to give are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and/or less the initial shipping cost whichever is greater if free shipping was used.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Once it is marked as delivered it is beyond my control what happens to your package. You need to make sure you are providing a safe place for your mail to be delivered. If your package says it is delivered but you can't find it in your mail box you need to contact your local post office to get the GPS coordinates of where they delivered your mail. If it doesn't match your address then you need to work with them on locating where they delivered your package. If they give you the coordinates that match your location you need to then contact your local police department and file a police report for stolen mail since it is a federal offense!

Our inserts (NOT a5 or a5 wide!) are printed on 32# acid free - FSC certified - heavy weight - 100 bright white - buttery smooth paper. It is safe for most pens including fountain pens and markers except for alcohol based.

Our a5 & a5 wide inserts are printed on 28# acid free - FSC certified - medium weight - 98 bright white - buttery smooth paper. It is safe for most pens but fountain pens and alcohol based markers are not recommended as this paper is uncoated. I personally use this paper and I use Ener-gel Clena pens 0.5 as they are my favorite pens!

We make no guarantees that the pens you use won't bleed or ghost. This is something we can't completely control since it depends on many factors.

This is something that can happen with use over time especially with thicker paper & inserts. These inserts are made out of paper and being stabbed with a staple. Bending, folding, taking them in and out of your cover is wear and tear and can cause the pages to tear at the stapled point. The strings in a cover will still hold your insert together and in the book. Things you can try at home yourself is stapling them again in a different spot, add a strip of washi tape to the center fold where the staples poke through & fold over, order the unbound version and bind them yourself using wax string and saddle stitching or order the upgrade binding version I offer that is using wax string and saddle stitching each insert.

All orders under 16 ounces are shipped first class package in a bubble envelope. Orders over 16 ounces will ship priority flat rate in a box inside a flat rate padded envelope. Orders that don't fit the box or envelopes I have are shipped in boxes that they do fit. All products are packaged with care and properly protected to prevent damage during the shipping process. Insurance is purchased by me on all purchases over $50 not at the cost of the customer. If you receive a damaged package please see the policy below!

Stickers & die cut only orders are shipped via Etsy Flat.

If your order was damaged by the USPS please be aware that by their own policy you may be required to surrender the package to them at the closest post office to you. This is beyond my control. If you refuse to surrender the package to them then you will not receive a refund.
