Custom and personalized orders

All orders of more than 1 yard are cut in one continuous piece unless otherwise requested or specified. We have no problem doing a custom order. Please ask us if you have any requirements for an order.

Pricing and Yardage Minimums

Fabric is sold by the yard (36 inches). Most all fabrics we offer have minimums on yardage. This will be indicated on the listing. All fabric comes in continuous yardage unless otherwise requested.

There are no returns on materials that are cut unless there are quality issues. We do the best we can to ensure the quality of our fabrics. If an issue arrises that we miss, let us know and we will do exactly what we need to fix it. We do our best to ensure that colors and look appearance are accurate, it is impossible for us to be 100% exact. Therefore ask as many questions as you can (this includes additional pictures) and feel free to order samples if necessary.

Samples can be ordered, if available, from the link provided on each listing (click on read item description first).

Cut yardage is not refundable or returnable. We encourage samples before purchasing if in doubt. Additionally, we do not issue refunds for packages that are delayed because of weather, as this is out of our control. Please feel free to reach out about any order, as we are always willing to work with our customers.

International Orders and Shipping

For international orders, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order. We are able to ship most, but not all, fabrics listed internationally. We work primarily with FedEx and UPS for international shipments. Important to note FedEx/UPS are higher in price than the USPS for shipping prices. However, we have had ZERO missing packages and FedEx/UPS have proven to be very reliable couriers. We decided as a business that getting the packages to our international customers with as little problems as possible was worth the slight increase in price. We ship international packages with the economy option to get the lowest possible price and get a 45% discount for our business account and volume. We DO NOT make any profit on shipping charges.

International Orders and Shipping (Continued)

All fabrics are different in weight and there are thousands of different fabrics. Additionally, we ship these fabrics all over the world and prices vary to each location based on yardage/weight. Because we cannot determine the exact cost of shipping until packed and weighed, we send an invoice with receipt picture included to ensure buyers only pay the exact cost of international shipping. The price of international shipping is set at ".01". ***This (.01) is NOT the price of the shipping and is set this way because Etsy needs a value input here in order for us to offer the international shipping service.*** ***We do not assume responsibilities for any duties/taxes fees that may incur and this is the responsibility of the recipient.***

The shipping rate within the United States listed is for one to two yards. Shipping prices and methods will vary for three or more yards. Shipping prices are based on the current rates for USPS Priority shipping, which includes shipping insurance and a tracking number upon shipment. Shipping outside of the United States will vary per location shipped to. Because all fabrics are different weights and destination locations vary per every customer, sometimes the shipping cost charged is more than it costs to actually ship, in which case, we always refund the difference based on actual shipping and handling cost. Again, all orders will be refunded for shipping overages if they incur.

When purchasing fabric, we encourage questions and will give you a prompt answer, so feel free to ask so we can help make the project a success. Although we try to match the colors as close as possible in our pictures and videos, we understand if a sample is needed. We do offer sample(s) on our fabrics.
