How are shipped the balloons? Does balloon come already blown up?

The balloons are shipped flat, deflated, brand new, never used. We enclose instructions, straw for blowing and string for hanging. You can contact us if you have any question and we will try to help you.

We ship through USPS. A tracking number will be issued for you order. What if I didn't receive the correct letters I ordered?

The shape of the letter before might be different from the shape of inflated letter. Once the balloons are inflated they take the shape of the letters.

What if I didn't receive my package and the status is delivered?

Please ask your relatives, roommates or your neighbors to see if one of them could have received your package. If you still can not find your package, please take your tracking number, contact your local post office, show them the tracking number and they will help your to find your package.

What does it mean the the letter or number balloons are air filled or helium filled?

-The air filled letter/number balloons means that balloons are not made to be floated with helium. These balloon are intended to be used as a photo prop or hung on wall or stable objects as a decoration. We enclose in order instructions for air filled balloons , straw for filling with air the balloons. Letters /numbers are packed and sealed in one clear envelope. Each set of balloons is labeled with “Air Filled” and phrase or number - if you must follow the air filled balloons instruction. Straw is packed in a separate clear envelope and sealed. -Helium filled balloons are balloons which can float when filled with helium. The balloons do not float when filled with air. The helium filled balloons can be filled both with helium and with air.

What is the size helium filled balloons?

Size of helium filled stars, round/circle, heart balloons start at size 18". Round shape balloons float better in comparison with starsand hearts. Helium filled letter or number balloons start at size 34".

Is it madatory to fill the helium balloons with helium?

No! The helium filled balloons can be filled both with helium and with air. -When filled with helium, the helium filled balloons will float. -When filled with air, the balloons will have to be displayed as air filled balloons(hanged on a string or glue to a surface with glue dots). We can add a pack of 100 glue dots to you order for an extra small fee.
