This big pottery casserole is perfect for vegan dishes in which tofu or other meat substitutes join vegetables in a sweet-and-sour sauce, olive oil and herbs, and other gravies. Just place the ingredients in the casserole in layers or in a pile and pop it in the oven…

Pottery casserole dishes make for a wonderful winter meal when sitting beside a fireplace or a heater, and can provide a hearty, tasty meal for the entire family or for a pair of lovers…

In addition, after taking the casserole out of the oven, the cover may be turned over and used as a serving bowl.

My casseroles are handmade on the wheel and fired in an electric kiln at 1200C.

I just received my beautiful casserole dish. I absolutely love the color. It is very easy to wash and air dry. It keeps food warm on the dinner table. Great for baking and serving in. I cannot wait to use it again!
