ARE THE COLORS ACCURATELY REPRESENTED?

Regarding colors, please note: Colors on the digital proofs and photographs are represented as accurately as possible. We calibrate our computers here regularly. However, all computer screens, monitors, and devices are calibrated differently, therefore we cannot be responsible if the color on your screen does not match the actual color. Please note there are many many shades of each color, so please contact us if you have a specific color need so we can see if we have that available. We also offer samples on many of our items so you can order a random sample of a previous order to check the color, size, material etc before placing a customized order.

RECOMMENDED NAPKIN QUANTITY - RULE OF THUMB

A basic rule-of-thumb is 4 napkins per guest. This will vary depending upon the length and type of reception. Be mindful that you will want to order more than needed, especially if they will be used for multiple locations throughout the evening. We recommend, if ordering a larger quantity, not putting the date on all the napkins so the remaining napkins may be used at your new home. USAGE IDEAS - Appetizers / Hors D'oeuvres (cocktail) - Bar(s) (cocktail) - Dinner Table (dinner) - Cake Table (cocktail/luncheon) - Late Night - Take out (cocktail/luncheon) - Restroom (Guest Towels) - Candy Bar, Favor Boxes (cocktail) - After Party (cocktail) - Hospitality Room (cocktail/luncheon) - Hotel Welcome Bags/Boxes (cocktail)

We accept returns on non-customized items. Please contact us within 14 days to receive a return authorization. Shipping is non-refundable. Custom items are made just for you, therefore we are unable to accept returns and those sales are final. If you receive your customized order and there is an error, you must contact us within 3 business days.

CUP STYLES AND DIFFERENCES

Shatterproof (Frost-Flex) - the most popular cup for weddings and events. These are an elegant alternative to glass. - Top shelf dishwasher-safe Stadium Cups - Most popular for casual and sports events. Often used for children's parties. - Top shelf dishwasher-safe Styrofoam Cups - Insulated to keep beverages hot or cold. Drinks do not "sweat" in styrofoam. Soft Plastic Cups - Same crystal clear cups as used for your favorite cold drink at your local coffee shop. White Paper Cups - Perfect for coffee and available in single or double thickness. Please Note: Shatterproof and Stadium cups are dishwasher safe however they will have a longer life if handwashed. Your city's water and type of dishwasher can affect the life of the print.

A complimentary proof(s) is sent via Etsy message 4-6 business days after the order is placed. This is for you to inspect and make sure we get it right before it hits the press. We print a tight registration, however registration accuracy is not guaranteed, as due to the nature of the printer & the item being printed, it is possible to have a slight variation. PLEASE NOTE: We will send 2 follow-up messages after the proof is sent and if we still have not heard from you after the 2nd follow-up, your proof will be considered approved as shown and your order will be placed in our production queue on the next business day, unless the orders falls into the exception rule. Please see FAQ's Exception below for further details about exceptions.

PROOF EXCEPTION: If we are waiting for required information or clarification—such as spelling, color, font, artwork, or personalization details—your order will remain on hold until we hear from you. For rush or upcoming need-by dates, delayed responses may affect our ability to meet your requested date. We will not make assumptions about missing or unclear information in order to meet a deadline.
