MYLAR STENCIL (reusable) :
These stencils are made with a 7.5mil to 10mil mylar. It is a stiff yet flexible material that can be re-used several times with proper care. You may wish to use a temporary spray adhesive to hold it in place while you paint. note: the letters and shapes will have 'bridges' or gaps as needed to help hold the pieces in place.

♣APPLICATION TIPS:
Step-by-step instructions will be included with every design; however there are a few important tips to know:

Any area that is smooth and clean will work well for stenciling. The rougher the surface the more difficult it is to achieve clean, crisp lines while painting. Make sure you use the proper paint suitable for your surface (wood, glass, fabric etc). Use a stipple brush or fine sponge for the best stenciling technique. You may wish to use a temporary adhesive spray to help hold the stencil in place while you paint.

If you are unsure about an area you would like to use, just contact us and we can send you a free sample for you to test out.

♣SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to custom cut and create your decals. Orders ship thru USPS and are usually received within 1-3 business days for domestic orders and 7-10 business days for international orders.* *Customs or duty charges may apply when shipping to international destinations. Customer is responsible to pay these fees if applicable. / Shipping times may vary, especially when crossing borders: we cannot guarantee how long it will take to go through customs.
All of our designs are created, manufactured, and shipped from Utah.

♣RETURNS:

If for some reason you are unhappy with the quality or size of your stencil; you are welcome to return the unused stencil within 30 days for a refund (refund of item value; not including shipping). Item must be shipped back to us or post-marked within 30 days of receipt. (buyer pays the cost of the return shipping)

*note: if our products arrive damaged or mis-cut; we will replace them at no extra cost (please send us a photo and description to: wallcutz [!at] gmail.com)

To return your product, mail to:
Wallcutz, 2460W 3750N Cedar City, UT 84721 USA. The returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send it back in the original packaging or another sturdy box. Place stencils face down and roll loosely; and put into a sturdy box. Do not fold the stencils.
