This isn’t really a template. It’s a table with text you have to delete and replace it with yours.

This file has placeholder text and images that need to be replaced with personal content. That is how all the templates in my shop are set up. The placeholders act as a guide and can be updated with a quick highlight and delete. Without them, the file would be blank on delivery. This listing uses a table format to keep the layout easy to update. I attempted to understand the issue and help explain how to use the file via direct message. I'm unsure how it would be possible to provide a template with no content or placeholders to be updated. If you are considering purchasing, please feel free to reach out with any questions. I'm always happy to help explain the templates and designs. For reference, the file looks exactly like the images pictured in the listing.
