I am not sure what size sandals to choose. Can you help me?

We sure can. (Step 1) First we must know what the actual dimensions of your feet are. Follow some simple easy steps described in the video linked below and write down your dimensions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XeHoatJ8-os (Step 2) Then just contact us via the Etsy messaging system and let us know in which sandals you are interested in and send us the dimensions you have noted down in Step 1. You are done! We will work out what is the correct size for you, let you know and then ship it as soon as it it ready. Simple as 1,2,3.

We have you covered. Along with some other goodies, we will send you some printed, easy to follow instructions so your new purchases will last you for a long time.

Can I return an item(s) I have purchased form you?

We gladly accept returns. You can ship your item(s) as delivered, unused and undamaged, back to us within 14 days of delivery , labeled RETURNED GOODS with registered mail. (Please send us the tracking code once you have shipped them). Once received by us we will issue a refund. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition unused and undamaged, we reserve any right to not issue a refund.

I have chosen the wrong size sandals and they don't have the fit I would like. Can I exchange them for a different size?

You sure can! You can ship your sandals as delivered, unused and undamaged, back to us within 14 days of delivery , labeled RETURNED GOODS with registered mail (once you have shipped the package back, you will be given a tracking code that you can send to us via the Etsy messaging system). Please note that the return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Once received by us we will let you know via the messaging system of Etsy. You will be prompted to purchase a "reshipping fee" listing in order for us to package and ship your replacement sandals, after you have let us know what is the size of the replacement sandals you desire.

Customs and Import Fees for orders outside the EU

If you're purchasing from location outside the EU, like the U.S.A, Canada or Australia your item may be subject to Import Taxes and Fees upon delivery. Please research the import regulations that apply to your home country, if you're concerned about this added expense.

Do you send your packages with registered mail?

Yes! We use registered mail service for all of our packages, so we can be sure your items will be delivered safely to you. This means that for US residents, the USPS can not leave your package, if there is no person to sign for the package dleivery. In such cases it is maybe better to have your package delivered to your workspace or a P.O box. If you don't have that option though, USPS can schedule a re-delivery after you contact them, or you can pick up your package by your local USPS post office.

Do you offer express shipping? I need my order to be delivered faster than the estimated delivery times indicated by Etsy

Yes we do! You can choose DHL Express shipping during checkout. This is in most cases a 4 day shipping service for the US, Europe and most other destinations.
