This is an original watercolor painting that I completed in February 2019 on 140 lb cotton rag watercolor paper. I created this painting from a photo I took while my husband and I were hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Many of the trails we hike on are part of the Appalachian trail, and this was one of them. This painting would make a perfect gift for any hiker, especially those who have hiked or dream of hiking the Appalachian Trail! The painting measures 7 1/2 x 10 inches (19 x 25.5 cm).

Hi Laura-The cards came today. I really do love them. Is that a bird soaring in the sky at the top of the mountain at the golden tree to the left? I think I said 36 but really ordered 24 because I was going to order 4 packages. At the last minute I decided that I would only need 3 pkg. but I guess I forgot how to multiple. Anyway, they really are the perfect & I will love to share the love of the N.C. Mountains this fall season. So very happy & pleased with them!

Beautiful artwork arrived in my mailbox. My expectations were exceeded for the actual paintings received were far better than the pictures on Etsy of what I could receive if I ordered. Then, as if being pleased wasn't enough, the seller sent a fourth picture as a thank you for my order!!! All four pictures are now getting professionally framed as they deserve -- and now there are two fans of the seller's artistic gift for the manager framing my pictures thought the pictures beautiful too!
