Customer service is excellent and answered all my questions thoroughly and in a timely matter considering the time difference. Shipping blew me away the next thing I know it was at my door with such cute thoughtful packaging. I had this custom sized. Amazing job for the measurements I gave them. It’s a little big in the top and a little tight on the bottom, but I’m still losing baby weight so it works for now but will definitely fit less restrictedly next month. I also considered that’s maybe how the designer intended how that product looks to be tighter on the bottom snaps. I found some snap on buttons i can discretely add to the back to help alleviate the gap in the top until next month. Quality is fantastic. All in all would purchase/request custom again.
