We do! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Restocking fee is 25% and shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Dog shirt and hoodies are final sales - these items are not eligible for return or exchange. All Cut ribbon or webbing under 10 yards is final sale and not eligible for return. ALL ITEMS MUST ARRIVE IN NEW UNUSED CONDITION -- Please note International customers are responsible for any Customs fees imposed by their country - we will provide an invoice with accurate prices/item description on the outside of the package for Customs review.

Can I exchange Items?

The Hunter Green velvet ribbon has a lovely plush and a warm hunter green color. The backing is the same color as the pile, and doesn't have that "papery" feel that some ribbons do.

This Nylavour Swiss velvet ribbon is the highest quality and is great as a fabric trim, for use in scrapbooking and card making, hair bows, and just about any other project you can come up with. It is easy to sew, glue, or hot glue on to your project.

We just love to use the single faced forest green velvet ribbon for Fall decorations as well as for wedding announcements and floral arrangements. The wide hunter velvet ribbon is great for flower arrangements.
