Any request for custom orders should be purchased before the work is completed. We will discuss with you at length any requirements you have, but work will only commence once a purchase has been made. We will only be finished the work when you are happy with the product

Any wooden sign purchased from us will be finished for purpose i.e. an 'interior use' sign will be protected for interior use only, and an 'exterior use' sign will be protected for use outside.
It's recommended that you treat your exterior sign at least once every year, or more depending on where it is. Due to the nature of the wood burning, and the nature of wood itself, it will be affected by the elements; so we recommend not exposing to extreme and harsh weather conditions, as this will shorten it's lifespan and risk sacrificing the detail of the design. If unsure of care methods, please do give us a wee shout

Due to the handmade nature of each of our products, dimensions and finish may vary slightly.
We encourage this to be embraced, but if you have any specific requirements regarding size and finish, please do contact us before purchase.

All products come with branded packaging, and while we're working towards totally plastic-free, any plastic products that we do use are recycled materials and are in turn recyclable.
