Want to change the wording on signs you see in our shop? Not a problem, if it's simple - like a ring bearer sign just leave a "note to seller" at checkout of what you would like the sign to say! If you would like a larger order, simply shoot us a message with a custom request.

We are currently shipping all items in 5 business days or less:

- Ring bearer/Directional Signs: 1-3 Business Days
- Table Numbers: 3-5 Business Days
- Large Signs (Welcome, Menus, etc.) 3-5 Business Days

Please keep in mind that our lead time does not include ship/transit time from your location, holidays and weekends...so if you are worried about your package arriving on time for your wedding/event, send us an Etsy message first! We're happy to work with you to the best of our abilities to meet your timeline. Please also note that your ship date on your receipt is just an approximate date of shipment and may shift a few days.

At Sweet Carolina Collective, LLC we ship each item via UPS Ground or USPS and base our shipping prices off of shipments within continental United States. If you are located outside the continental United States or plan on having your order shipped outside of the continental United States, please send us a message first prior to purchasing (i.e. Hawaii and Alaska). While we do offer the free shipping guarantee, any additional fees incurred outside the normal rates within the continental US will need to be purchased prior to shipment to Hawaii or Alaska (Rates based off of shipping to California).

All items in our store are custom made just for you, so, we do not accept returns or give refunds. We give VERY detailed descriptions of our items and ask that you read what you are buying carefully...to the measurements, color and what it's made with.

DAMAGED ITEM: If for any reason the item you purchased arrived damaged; contact me with a photo of the damaged piece within 48 hours of receipt of the package and do not discard the box or packing. UPS / USPS may want to come by and inspect the package. I will send you a replacement piece as soon as I possibly can.

Sizes:
Please note that the sizes listed on standard listing purchases in our shop are just approximate sizes and lengths can change based on wording, font, etc. With that said, please also note that if you purchase multiple signs they will vary in size from one another unless a specific request is made to keep them the same length - You know the details of what you need the best, so if there are specifics you have in mind for your order, just let us know and we would be happy to set you up a custom listing noting those needs.

Here at Sweet Carolina Collective, we want you to be able to see what your signs will look like prior to purchase! We offer 3 mock-ups/changes for free and anything after that is an additional $5.00 per change.
