How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times vary by item and are listed in the “Item Details” section of each product page. Standard shipping timeframes are also shown at checkout.

Do you accept rush or urgent orders?

Rush orders are not always available. Please contact us with your event date before purchasing to check availability. We’ll confirm if your timeline can be accommodated and provide shipping options if possible.

What if I make a mistake in my personalization details?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t gone into production, we can update your details. Once an item is printed or personalized, changes may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Honeyprint only ships to addresses within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
