The lamp itself is very beautiful!! But we would have wished for a bit broader mounting to the ceiling, in which you can hide the cables, and a somewhat higher quality cord. Private customers from EU need to be aware of the fact that this article will be subject to customs/import duties - something we were not aware of before. In our case, this amounted to more than 70 Euros, thus more than an additional 40% top-up to the basic price, which in sum made this a nice experience, but much more expensive than expected.

The shade is beautifully made. I was worried about the shipping but it arrived in perfect condition.

Great customer service! My item arrived very late due to shipping delays but the seller was immediately responsive and called FedEx on my behalf which helped establish a trace for the package and then it showed up the next day! The fixture is gorgeous and very delicate - like a piece of art. My one note is that the base to mount to the ceiling is a small silver circle and the cord is clear plastic. I wish these pieces were described in the product info or customizable (we need black for both) as they don't feel as high quality as the main fixture. I have not hung the light yet but currently researching options to make those adjustments.
