Custom and personalised orders

You can send your photographs/specifications before or after you order, it's completely up to you! Just contact the shop!

Most orders are A4, some prints and commissions are available at A5 and A3 (those options will be available for you to select on the listings). A5 - 14.8 x 21 cm or 5.8 x 8.3 inches A4 (most listings) - 21.0 × 29.7 cm or 8.27 × 11.69 inches A3 - 29.7 x 42.0cm, 11.69 x 16.53 inches If you need your order cropped within the dimensions you've ordered (e.g. A4 down to 8x10 inches) then please let me know when you order!

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders come in a sealed cellophane sleeve with branded sticker and a printed thank you note. Your order can be sent to you or the person you're gifting to. There is the option to select items as gifts and you can include your own message (and the receipt won't be in the envelope).

How long to international orders take?

Royal Mail aim to ship international orders in 5-7 days however this can take up to 3 weeks in my experience. All commissions are sent tracked and signed. There is a flat rate of £10 on international orders which covers postage and additional packaging. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee orders will arrive within 7 days, this relies on UK and EU or US postal services. But if you need an item by a certain date I will always try to post as far in advance as I can!

A4 (210 x 297 mm or 8.3 x 11.7 inches) pet portrait for up to 5 animals, or different angles of the same animal! Can be cropped to your preferred size, just select this option in the listing and message with your chosen dimensions (Max 210 x 297 mm or 8.3 x 11.7 inches).

All orders come with a mock-up before drawing so that you can suggest any changes that you’d like.

Images are drawn on high quality 300gsm paper from your supplied photographs. Painted versions are also available in the shop.
