Returns of goods are shipped at the buyers expense. Refunds of goods are less postage plus a small handling fee of $2 or 2.5% of total purchase price (whichever is largest). I refund only if the goods have no damage and they should be returned with a tracking number at the buyers expense, so we can both can track it. Once received, I will refund the cost within three days, only to the original payment and only through Etsy. A refund for wrong shipping address if the package is not delivered will only be made once the parcel has been returned to me. The refund will be less shipping costs plus a small handling fee of $2 or 2.5% of purchase. Resending to a corrected address will require the purchaser pay shipping costs to the new address.

Refunds on orders with free shipping

Purchases made with free shipping are subject to my normal return policy (see above). In addition to those policies, there will be an additional restocking fee charged equal to the retail rate postage cost set by Australia Post. Shipping is a completed transaction. I cannot get a refund on the original shipping for an item delivered, therefore that part of the transaction is not eligible to be refunded.

Discounts and coupon codes

Discounts and coupon codes are offered from time to time. Only one coupon or discount may be applied to any single order and cannot be stacked (ie multiple coupons or discounts will not be accepted). Any exception to this will be arranged through written conversation and will be provided through a special listing for the customer. Orders with stacked (multiple) coupons will be fully refunded and cancelled.
