I am not responsible for orders once they have shipped. If your tracking status says 'delivered' but you never received it, contact your local postal carrier. The sign is solid and beautifully made. The reason for the 4 stars was the advertisement. I am not the first and probably won’t be the last to order this thinking it’s a wreath with an integrated sign. I was reading reviews weeks later as I waited on its arrival before I realized I wasn’t getting a wreath. I would’ve ordered a smaller sign had I known. I literally had no wall in my kitchen to fit this sign so I had to put it on my countertop. I made it work because the sign is beautiful and the font matches the sign I had purchased from a different shop that I always use for signs.
