Returns, Exchanges and Custom orders

Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore, I do not accept returns unless they are defective products. This is despite what Etsy says above I have no control over how that is worded. In the rare event that the product is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement or refund if the defect is reported within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns or replacement in cases where the customer needs a smaller or larger size, color, or ordered the wrong item unless it was mismarked in the store. If the product you received is not what you expected please contact us before returning it. Returns will not be accepted unless prior arrangements are made with TrendyFindsCo. Buyer will pay return shipping charges.

Why does my shirt stink?

The odor that you may smell on your new apparel item is a byproduct of the custom printing method used to print the design. Do not be worried this is only temporary, now that the item is out of the shipping bag the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

What happens if my order gets lost?

All orders will come with a tracking number which will be sent to you when the order is shipped. Lost packages will be replaced when we can confirm with the delivery service and they did indeed lose the package in transit. Stolen packages will not be replaced the fault is not on us. All customers have at least 2 to 6 days to prepare to collect the package as the tracking number will tell you when the package should arrive.

Can I email your shop?

If prior arrangements have not been made then all communications need to go through the Etsy platform. These messages are the quickest to be seen and the quickest to be answered
