Caliber refined African shea butter is naturally refined through a clay system. No harsh chemicals are used. There is no nut scent left in the butter. Just pure awesome natural shea butter that is perfectly white.
When used in soap making, it should be used at 2 to 5% of your total fats and oils.

PACKAGING: Caliber butters ship in resealable vacuum sealed packaging to ensure your product will not leak while in transit. During summer months, this is extremely important, as butters will melt. Sizes OVER 5 lbs MAY come in a box with a plastic liner.
