REFUNDS

We’re very confident in the quality of our stock as we only purchase from very carefully selected factories which we’ve been dealing with for many years now.
However, sometimes an item just isn’t quite right for your project and so of course we will accept returns.
Items should be sent back to the address on the included paperwork or to the address associated with this listing and should be in their original packaging with all labels intact.
You must include a copy of the paperwork or a copy of the order so that we can find your details.
You’ll be refunded in the same way as you paid us – so if you paid us by Paypal then your refund will go into that same Paypal account.
You do not need to contact us to make a return. Just send the goods back, in their original packaging, remembering to enclose your paperwork. Please use an appropriate method of transport and don’t forget that the goods remain yours until they are received by us.
We ask that goods are back with us within FOUR WEEKS of the purchase date.
Unless the goods are found to be faulty or damaged - and as we check goods prior to dispatch and pack carefully, this is unlikely – we are unable to refund postage either from us to you, or from you to us. In the event of faulty/damaged goods, please contact us in the first instance so that we can advise you of the best course of action.
