I need to customize these templates for my own specific needs. Can you do it for me?

Sure! However, as template modification per customer is quite demanding work, we charge it separately. Please refer to our Custom Services for tailor-made development: https://www.someka.net/custom-services/

How do I unlock the files?

Our templates are prepared to be used out-of-box and can be used without unlocking. We protected some sections in our templates in order to prevent accidental changes users can make. Unlocking Excel templates is easy with the password provided in the product zip file. If you're having trouble finding the password, don't worry, just get in touch! Our Google Sheets templates do not have password protection, so you don't need to worry about receiving any passwords. However, some areas may have protection against accidental changes. If you want to remove this protection, simply change the setting for "Protect sheets and ranges" by going to the Data menu. If you need assistance with this, please don't hesitate to contact us!

How do I get a multi-user license for the template I bought?

Our templates are delivered with a Single-User License. If you want to buy it with Multi-User License, or get more information about it, please refer to this link: www.etsy.com/uk/listing/679595495/multi-user-license-for-someka-excel
