Shipped on time. The stickers were perfect on the popcorn bags I purchased separately

2 of the 4 sheets I ordered had discoloration. Seller didn’t initially respond to my messages about the quality. She only responded once I submitted a request for help through Etsy. She didn’t care that we couldn’t use them or inconvenience it caused and requested the personalized sticker sheets be returned for a full refund. Beware as seller will not check quality before shipping and will be rude.

Response from Colleen

This customer stated she could not use 2 sheets of stickers because they were badly discolored. If you look at her photo above, there is a slight band of color but it does not affect the sticker cut out. However, I do see it and she stated she could not use the labels. So I sent a paid mailer for her to return for a full refund. She said she couldn't return because they no long had the labels to return - they threw them away. It's standard policy for most shops to have an item returned for a full refund. When I told her this, she got mad. She left this review and then messaged me a rude comment. Sigh... I believe that the customer used all of the stickers because they were fine. That is why she cannot return and that is why she is mad. There is nothing to 'be aware of' and I certainly was not rude. It's our policy
