GUEST BOOKS & VOW BOOKS

Book sales include the book only, other items such as pens, flowers etc. are shown for staging purposes and not included. Books ordered with foil have the chosen foil only on the design to the outer cover. The foil color example image is to provide a significant representation of the foil color, it does not mean foil books have a full inlay or cover of foil.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All our products are made-to-order and often personalized. We are therefore unable to offer returns on our products. It is important to ensure the spelling, grammar, colors etc. are correct on your order. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change an order. If your item has already gone into production we may be unable to make the changes or accept the cancellation.

Requesting and changing proofs can delay the delivery date. If customers requesting proofs do not confirm the design is ready to move into production within a reasonable time we may either cancel the order or proceed to meet delivery dates.
