Almost all items can be made in custom size. Fixed linen textile size is written in product details page (inches/cm).

Our linen textile usually will be made in a few working days, but can take time up to 2 weeks in holiday or sale season.

All items will be shipped via Priority Mail (with tracking) to the Etsy address selected upon checkout. All orders will include a tracking number. Usually a standard delivery by International mail takes: about 7 - 21 business days: to USA - 10-20 business days (ddp, no extra import fees) to Europe - 4-14 business days to Australia - 14 - 30 business days For additional price i can offer EXPRESS SHIPPING . Delivery time few business days after is order complete.

The order delivery time can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered, this is totally normal. If you still won't receive it after 4 weeks, please let me know - i will file a claim about the missing package and the post office will investigate a case. If it will be declared as a mimssing or the process willtake longer time than 8 weeks after order was dispatched, i will issue you a full refund. If you need get order without delays and fast - please choose express shipping.

Towels are great quality and very absorbent. Order said 3 pcs and only 1 was delivered. Seller responded quickly and shipped the other 2 towels. Shipping was slow but we ultimately received the complete order.

I love TheRawLinen! This is my second order, and I’ll definitely be back for more things. I ordered some kitchen towels last year, and they’ve been wonderful. They are great quality and have lasted very well. I wanted more. After using these, I don’t want towels from regular stores anymore. I also got a warmer with buckwheat hulls. It’s a nice gentle heat. I’ve used it to help me stay warm at work and to keep my feet warm at night. And thank you for the beautiful little bread bag! I’m already looking forward to my next order.
