My prices are based on wholesale prices up front, in order to ensure all customers get the best possible price. There are no additional discounts available.

I do not replace packages that have been marked as "delivered" and I do not accept responsibility for USPS shipping issues. I do not carry insurance on the packages.

Please note, I WILL BE AWAY from March 17-March 25 and will not be able to ship ANY orders during this time. Please order in advance to ensure you have the items you need.

I currently cannot accommodate "rush" orders due to the large number of daily orders . I do my best to get them out within 3-4 business days, however this may not always happen and at times it may take the 6-8 business days to ship your order.

Returns Not Accepted

I do NOT allow supplies customers to use my photos as their own, for any purposes. Some of these photos are also used for my retail shop, and any use of my photos is considered theft of intellectual property and will be reported.

As a business owner, I reserve the right to cancel and refund orders without notice. I also reserve the right to refuse orders and service without notice.

Any claims for order shortages must be made within 7 days of arrival. Photos must be provided showing the shortages and items in their original packaging
