Custom and personalized orders

We love the challenge of customizing an order! Please message us in advance and we will work with you to create your sweet treat.

We take extra care and attention to prevent melting when shipping during warm-weather months or to warm-weather climates. Chocolate is extremely heat sensitive and will melt in temperatures above 75 degrees Fahrenheit. When shipping items during warm weather months or to warm weather climates, we recommend that all treats be shipped USPS Priority Mail service. We also have insulated boxed that can be purchased for an additional cost.

How do we pack your treats for shipment?

We dedicate ourselves to not only creating delicious treats but also carefully packing all of our sweet treats the best we can. We use bubble wrap, foam sheets, air pillows and insulated packaging (extra cost) to help assure your treats have a safe trip to you. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the way the mail carriers handle your package once it leaves our shop. We also can't be responsible for damage or delays during transit. Please plan to place your order in advance to give us enough time to create and safely ship your treats.

What happens once your order ships?

Please enter your event date in the personalization field. When it gets closer to your event date we make it. and deliver it to shipping. Once the shipping label is created and your order ships, you will receive a notification from Etsy with your tracking number so you can see the exact status of where your treats are and the estimated time of arrival. We strongly suggest to have someone receive your package once it arrives or the mail carrier will leave it at your door. Please keep in mind that chocolate melts in high temperatures and you should consider adding an insulated box and extra ice packs to your order. We are not responsible for treats that melt during transit or left in direct sunlight.

We ask that you enter you event date in the "personalization" field when placing your order. Once we obtain that information, we schedule the production of your order based on the event date that you enter in that field. Color - Chocolate is often made in small batches and color may vary from time to time. Color may also look different in person than on your computer screen. Placing an order - Check your order carefully before hitting the submit button. As soon as your finalize your purchase, we start our internal process. If you need to cancel it, please message us and let us know that day. If the order has already been fulfilled, we will be unable to cancel it.

Because candy is a perishable item, and in compliance with Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, we cannot accept any chocolate for a refund.

This listing is for one dozen (12) Teddy Bear Oreo Cookies! Each cookie is individually wrapped in a cello bag and you can select your packaging type at checkout.

All orders should be placed two weeks in advance. If you would like your order sooner, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your needs. We ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) with tracking from Macomb, MI. We package our items with the utmost of care when shipping to ensure stability during transit. Since chocolate is perishable, please be sure to have someone available to receive your package to avoid melting or inclement weather conditions. We cannot be responsible for damage in transit, incorrect address information, melting or shipping delays.

We did brown bears packed with half-sized "birch" pretzels. The shop owner even got special sugar. They were a big hit and delicious. So grateful for their extra effort for us!

I'm giving 5 stars because of I'm sure these were VERY BEAUTIFUL and because of a SINCERE APOLOGY on both sides ! It took 10 days to get the cookies. There was GREAT CARE put into the PACKAGING which was VERY EVIDENT since some on top faired MUCH better! I believe they were stuck in Detroit for days because of the riots ! They were a gift for my neices little girls 2and 3 and they don't care what they look like ! My neice said they are DELICIOUS!!! THANK YOU for YOUR GREAT EFFORT!!! AS WE ARE ALL ONLY HUMAN!!! GOD BLESS!!! ❤❤😘🤗
