Is there a tracking number for my order?

If you have chosen STANDARD delivery at checkout, tracking is not included. You are welcome to upgrade to the Signed For service (UK) or International Tracked (International) at checkout for peace of mind. If you are in the UK and would like to upgrade further to the fully tracked service, please send me a message so we can set up an upgrade listing for you.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

You can find shipping estimates in the policy section of my shop. While we will always dispatch on or before the stated dispatch date, we cannot predict or control this once it’s in the hands of Royal Mail, nor can we be held responsible. We post second class as standard with the option to upgrade to further services at the checkout. Royal Mail do ask to allow up to 10 working days in case of delays and will not accept an item as lost until this time has passed, so please keep that in mind. Please see above for information on the tracked and signed for services we offer.

Do prints come framed?

No. Any frames or props used in photos are for visual reference only and not included. If you are in the UK, drop me a message and I'll point you in the direction of where I purchased my frame!

We will always ship to the address given on Etsy. Please make sure you double check this is correct and let us know of any changes to be made before we have posted the item if it is wrong as we are not responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect address nor are we liable to send a new one in this instance. Please note that due to the ongoing pandemic, we are experiencing delays with the post due to Royal Mail's system being extremely strained and staff numbers being reduced due to self-isolating. The last date I'll be posting before Christmas is Friday, 17th December. This is a recommended last post date and not a guarantee for delivery before Christmas. Any orders placed after midday on this date will NOT be posted before Christmas and will be posted the week commencing 3rd January. The post is moving slower at the moment due to the ongoing pandemic and Christmas rush, which is, unfortunately, out of my control. As such, I am unable to guarantee arrival by any particular date, though I will do my absolute best to get your items to you ASAP! Please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
