Gift wrapping and packaging

I do gift wrap for no cost. It is very casual wrap but with ribbon on it! Since I don't charge for it, only one order for one package. Even you order 5 items, it become in a package. if you need to separate, please contact me before you order or order separately.

Custom and personalized orders

I just do resize the items as, large or small. Depend on the size, I might charge a bit so, please contact me before you order. I do not take any other custom order as something I do not have on my shop.

Who is making Mercato products? Where the fabric comes?

Believe or not. I make all items by myself in NYC. My fabric comes mostly from Japan. I go there or my family members ship from there. other fabrics are order from the company that I found in local fabric show.

Lost package or the package return to me

I try to help your lost package if the shipping address is correct, feel free to contact me. If the package "send to seller " return to me, I can reship to correct address or can make refund. Both cases shipping cost is buyer's responsibility.

Hand wash cold and line dry is the best. Please never use the dryer.
