Our watch are made from natural woods and are never stained in the process. Actual product may vary from the picture as no two watchs are the same. Some watchs may engrave slightly lighter or darker than the photo shows.

2. Please provide the details you wish to engrave on the watch in the “Add an optional note to seller” field.
3. Before submitting the order, double check to ensure that the shipping address is correct. It is VERY IMPORTANT to double check the names and dates you submit to us. We do not accept returns, as it is a custom one of a kind product; unless the error was made on our end.
4. After we receive your order we will email you a sample. Once we receive your final approval, the engraving process will begin.

All our orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an update once the order has shipped along with a tracking number.
Once the item is engraved, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. We are unable to accept returns as each watch is custom engraved.
