We will send proofs for personalized favors after you’ve placed your order. Please be sure to watch your Etsy messages for this proof.
Please note: if you decide to cancel your order after receiving a proof, a small design fee will be subtracted from your refund.

For other items:
When your order is ready, we'll send your proofs via Etsy conversation. You'll have two rounds of revisions included with your listing. Once approved, we'll send a final, high resolution PDF file to you. If you've purchased invitation printing services through us, we'll then work to send your order to the printer. As soon as we receive your printed paper goods in house, we'll do a quality check before sending them to your doorstep

If you've chosen to print with us at Creative Maison, great! We offer many more options than some local shops as well as most online printers. We're also happy to say that we LOVE our standard 120lb Uncoated Cover Stock for our own paper needs. However, to add that extra touch to your invitations, we favor the Ice Pearl Cover stock (for added sheen and shimmer), Felt Cover or Cotton Cover (for texture), as well as Kraft paper (for that vintage or rustic look we all love). If you prefer a heavy, luxurious feel for your suite, we offer Double Thick options in most paper types! When printing from online print shops, we definitely suggest choosing from your online or local print shop's paper selection, as they typically offer a few variations.

We are excited to now offer professional printing services! We worked endlessly to find a printer with the best paper types and printing quality we could find, while still keeping our printing services affordable for our customers and we are competitively priced in comparison to other online printers. So if you decide to keep the printing mess to someone else, please consider printing with us! However, we are still happy to work with you should you choose an online printer like Vistaprint or Wedding Paper Divas. Please let us know at checkout or via Etsy conversation if you'll be using either of these (and which sizes) and we'll tailor your invitation sizes to their card size specifications! Be sure to do a test print before ordering!

Yes! Our seed paper will keep it’s germination rates for several years. We recommend ordering as early as you can, but to be safe, using your order within an year or so, is best.
