How long will my new purchase take to arrive?

Delivery times from Ireland are Within Ireland 1-2 working days Ireland to UK 2-3 working days Ireland to Europe 2-3 working days Ireland to the USA & the rest of the world 7-10 working days. These times are ONLY estimated and deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as the Christmas season. The post office does not guarantee delivery dates, and it's totally out of my control. I don't guarantee that anything will be received on specific dates. For international orders customs and security checks can sometimes delay the delivery of an item by a few days.

What's your return policy?

I can accept returns unless the item is custom-made or engraved. Please contact me before returning items! If you return something you're responsible for the cost of return shipping, and if the item shipped with "free shipping", the actual cost of the original shipping label won't be refunded. Please contact me before sending things back to see what your actual refund amount would be in those cases.

My package is marked delivered by the post office, but I don't have it! Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, if the post office marks the package as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. If this does happen, check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. After that, check with neighbors, or look around your house to see if the mail carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. After that, check with the post office in person to get the GPS reading from the delivery scan (for deliveries with a tracking number). In the case of stolen packages, you should file a stolen package report with the police and the post office so that they can track patterns of theft in your area.

Free shipping & Tracking numbers

Some items in my shop are marked as "free shipping" This is achieved by using the lowest cost standard postage rate available by the Irish post office "An Post" for that particular item and does not always include a tracking number. Free shipping means that the cost of postage has been included in the price of the item. A tracking number will only be included if the total amount of postage paid covers the additional cost of a tracking number for that delivery. The Irish post office charges an extra €7 on top of the standard post for a tracking number.

They are handmade from sustainably sourced wood and packed in eco-friendly paper & cardboard packaging that can be easily recycled.

The page holder helps make it easier for those who may have arthritis or other issues with holding a book. It is a very handy reading aid for those who like to read while lying on their side. They are also slim enough to fit at the bottom of the book page and not block the text.

The page holders are available in, Walnut, Oak, and Sapele (mahogany) and can be personalized by having a name engraved along its top edge on one side.

The page holders are offered in two different thumb hole sizes, 25mm (1 inch) or 22mm (less than 1 inch:)).
