Hand picked from the trees growing around my home in southern Turkey, these leaves are gathered, cleaned and dried to order. I make sure to pick the freshest green leaves most suited for infusions and dry them quickly out of the sun.

These are great for casserole's, so aromatic and tasty!

The trees have not been subject to pesticides and I have added nothing to the leaves so I would consider this product to be wholly organic.
