- I cannot add personal notes to be included with the packages. Marking the item as a "gift" does not change the way it is shipped. Any additional notes from buyer need to be sent via Etsy conversation. Notes added to orders are subject to being missed.

- ⏳All orders are ready for dispatch within 1-2 weeks.
- I am flexible if you NEED it by a certain date for a birthday or anniversary. Otherwise, I also offer "NEXT DAY PICK-UP" at check-out. Next Day pick-up means the artwork will be ready within 24 hours after receiving proof approval and will be available for pick-up next-day at a Staples or Walmart near you. Due to COVID, Staples pick-ups are available curbside and Walmarts are still open.
- If you select "digital file", you will receive a high resolution JPG for you to print yourself. No physical item will be shipped
- If you select the print or canvas option, you will receive exactly that. Note a print is on paper and a canvas is canvas stretched over wood.

- Note: Standard shipping DOES NOT come with tracking. See below for shipping times during off-peak season. Please contact me for additional details on shipping times to other countries. Express shipping is only available for some countries and DOES come with tracking. Only select express shipping if you are having a physical item mailed to you. Note: I always provide a proof before finalizing the order. I do accept minor tweaks and changes to the artwork for a total of up to 3 proofs before additional charges apply (minor revisions include changing colours, removing drool/eye goop, removing stray hairs, adjusting eye colours, repositioning etc. to the provided proof with the provided photo). However, if you choose to use a different photo or change the photo and replace it with another photo after I provided a proof of the original photo additional charges will apply. If you supply multiple photos, I will choose the best photo for the portrait. Once the proof is provided with the chosen photo, swapping or changing the photo will require additional charges.
