How long does shipping take?

It takes an average of 3-5 business days to pack and ship your orders order. Please be mindful that weekends and Stat Holidays do not count as business days. USA & Canada: Most orders arrive within 5 -14 days. There maybe unexpected delays. International: Standard shipping takes an average of 1-2 months and has limited tracking. International shipping upgrade takes an average of 1-2 weeks and is more reliable. If you would like to update to International Express shipping and with tracking, please let me know via Etsy message and pay for the additional postal cost at check out.

Custom and personalized orders

I do not allow specific stone choices on grouped listings. However, I am more than happy to choose a piece with the characteristics that you prefer. In this case, please include a "note to seller" at checkout with a short description of your preferred stone characteristics. I will try my best to fulfill your request but this does not guarantee an exact match. Sometimes a listing is low in stock in which I will have limited selection to fulfil certain requests.

What to expect when purchasing from a group listing?

It is important to always read listing descriptions, which will give you a more accurate idea of the measurements or weight.
